First present in the mail
Someone is turning six next week and grandpa and grandma Sneeds package arrived; of course I let her open it :) she was gifted clothes and Elsa and Anna edible bracelet. Made her day! Thank you!!!!
Miss. Molly and Temperence
Molly has been a busy girl this summer with trips and they haven't spent much time together compared to everyday at school. Nathan was kind to pick up Temperence from her summer camp and take the girls swimming, it was very hot. When I arrived after work they were doing a fashion show then moved onto art. These two melt my heart.
Shopping
Temperence and I went out for back to school shopping. She needed shoes, a backpack and lunch box. We did really good Kohls had there backpacks/ lunchbox combo marked down from $40 to $14.99. I was able to get her two pairs of shoes as well. Mommy daughter date ended with a special treat, McDonalds she even was allowed to get a chocolate shake.
Cousin Playdate
Alesha, Jonah and Micah came over for a pool day but unfortunately the pool was closed. The kids were troopers and changed. They enjoyed the AC and playing.
PJ and Pizza Party
Temperence and I headed over to Tamaras to enjoy a pizza dinner in our pjs. The girls had a picnic watching their movie. While if you can picture this the moms are without the kids. It was a nice time chatting and catching up. The kids had a blast playing outside; poor Rylie took a fall off the swings and ended up with a bloody lip. She was a tough girl and brushed it off. All three girls played very nice together.
Go Fish
Temperence has found a new game she likes, cards. Temp and I have been getting a couple games in before dinner.
Crepes
As a child my mom used to make crepes I would roll it up with a little brown sugar or my grandmothers white sauce.
This weekend I decided to conquer the crepes. It takes a minute to get used to flipping them, I found the easiest way was flipping with the pan no utensils. We have now enjoyed crepes many times and Temperence has mentioned to numerous people how good they are. She even has requested them for dinner. She however enjoys them with syrup and as everyone knows kids love syrup.

Missed each other
To say they missed each other doesn't come close. It is so normal to see Miss. Molly everyday at school and some weekends, since it's summer and vacation time we haven't seen her in over a week. The girls had breakfast then continued to play and then quickly moved into applying some lipgloss as paint for their show. Ended the afternoon with a dance session!
First baby tooth has fallen out
Temperence has been waiting for this day ever since Miss. Molly (her cousin who is two years older) started loosing teeth then many children in her class have lost teeth already. There is two wiggly bottom teeth, one was more then the other. Temperence would ask me to help her get it out but then she didn't want my help so I left her alone to try herself. She came back out and asked me to help. Little guy was hanging off a piece of root.
Once it was out we washed her mouth several times with mouthwash. I was worried that little tooth would fall from under her pillow; Temperence came up with the idea of a box and we found a Lego traits chest. She wrote a note for the tooth fairy. Fast forward To 4:00am she comes running into our room she was so excited. The tooth fairy came she left a five dollar bill rolled up and we even notice glitter dust. I was Semi-enthused Chris however was not. Temperence then crawled into our bed and passed out till morning.

Some lazy time Saturday morning
Temperence was needing some alone time long week so she asked for me to build her tent. I placed it I top of our bed, turned on the tv to Wild Katz (Animal show for children) and got some snacks. She was. Happy camper :)
Sunday was pool day
Keria (6) and her brother (8) Liam came over with their mama Taffy. We spent hours swimming and playing at the pool. Ended up having another little boy join the group which made four and everyone played very well. Chris had lots of homework and stuff to do to prepare for Monday so we took off to give him some time.
Happy Fourth of July
We went to the Azule house for a yummy bbq and fireworks. After enjoying a lovely meal outside. Temperence worked very hard to build a glow in the dark lantern. This was Temperences first year participating in the activities she had a blast. She was concerned about fire safety but all in all had a good time.
