Our sweet girl is sick

Temperence has been not feeling well since Sunday she woke up and was under the weather. Monday morning she didn't have a fever so we sent her to school. Monday evening she came into our room and she had a fever of 104.2. She has been home for the past two days from school and I have been staying with her. Tonight we thought we would bundle her up and head out to Vasona Fantasy of Lights. She enjoyed it then fell asleep on the way home and has been sleeping ever since

Christmas Package

Temperence received a Christmas package from Summer grandma. She was so excited I told her she could open one this morning. I know I know broken rule 😜 my parents always let me open my presents as they came in the mail so I let her plus she woke up so sick.

We read the book You Can Do It Sam! He delivers treats to his friends and family on their doorstep in winter all by himself. Temperence and I had a melow weekend since I am still fighting a bad sinus infection. She wanted to make cookies and during the process she tells me she wants to deliver them to her family like the book. So that's what we did she wrapped cookies (6) and we took her to the Azule house and she dropped it off on their doorstep with a sweet card.

Mommy and me Jamberry Party

Temperence and I were invited to a mommy and me Jamberry party through her school. I didn't snap any photos inside but they had some inflatables in their yard that Temperence insisted she wanted a picture in front of them.

We enjoyed a night out together! The evening was beautiful very mild wind and not cold at all; a rarity for San Francisco. 

School

Thursday was my first work day at the new school, my what a difference the new school is, it is what Chris and I remember about Kindergarten. The teacher is so responsive and willing to work with us as a hole instead of saying she is significantly behind like her other school said. I for one don't believe she should no how to read and write entering kinder and that is what the other school suggested.

She had such a great time with a wire project all the kids worked on and community snack was very neat to see. We are very happy she changed 

Pizza

Temperence had a field trip to a pizza place and learned all about how to make a pizza so when it came time at home to prepare she wanted no help. She did a fantastic job

Chris and Temperence went a saw a movie the Friday after Thanksgiving, I had to work.

Chris ran a 10k on Thanksgiving!! Leslie made super cute shirts for all of us girls to come and cheer Chris on. 

Dirty 30

Well my celebration started at work they brought in a delicious burnt almond cake then Chris and Temperence took me out to a fabulous dinner at Red Lobster what a splurge. Temperence bought me a neckless from Swarovski I have always wanted an item from there. Friday we had a party at the Azule house. We all danced and played with balloons that have led lights in them. Leslie made me my favorite dinner taco salad that Barb used to always make me when she lived closer. Chris picked up my favorite cupcakes from Nothing Bundt Cake. After the munchkins went to sleep john and Kay said well what do you want to do for your birthday. I said get a tattoo next thing we are standing in the shop getting it done. Thanks John and Kay for a spectacular gift! Saturday Chris's co worker Brian and his lovely wife Theresa took me out to The San Jose Improv we saw Christopher Titus and enjoyed a very nice meal.
