One month photo shoot

We finally did her one month photos we are two weeks late but better late then never.

She did it

It has been five days straight that she has slept in her own crib not in her bouncy seat or swing. It is getting easier to get her down at night. Last night she did not even fuss she went right to sleep but normally it can take anywhere from 5 min to 30 min. I have been trying to put her in her crib for naptime as well so she can get used to waking up there. She does get up about three times 11, 2, 5 so that's not to bad but before making her sleep in her crib she slept more but hey I will take it.

One night down

Well the night is over and she has slept in her crib. She woke up a couple times more then she normally does but only to eat and get a clean Diaper I think we are ready to move to size two. Size one diapers are just not cutting it anymore. I put one of my shirts in her crib that I wore the day before and it seems to keep her happy, who knew :) She only battled me once started at four ended at 5:15 but I think it was more that she had gas and just kept waking up because damn she is a smelly girl. Lets hope she can keep this up!!!!

Almost Six weeks old

We are all doing good. Chris is stretching himself thin by working full time, going to school full time (thank goodness he graduates in May) and having a family full time :) Temperence is growing up to quickly she is eating four ounces every two to three hours during the day and about 4.5 every three hours at night. She is learning how to sleep in her crib. She took a nap today for about 2.5 hours in it. So we will keep trying for some reason she does not want to sleep in it she prefers to sleep in her bouncer or swing. The true test will be tonight if she sleeps in there. She now weighs twelve pounds. We are still breastfeeding her. We went to Karla, Bert and Joe's house for a labor day BBQ. That was fun Temperence was able to meet the family. Multitasking and One Month

Multitasking is harder then you think especially when you are me who for some reason can not eat without spilling I am like a damn kid :) So Temperence was being fussy and I was trying to hold her and eat spaghetti at the same time and well you can see what happened (no the food was not hot so I did not hurt her)

Temperence is one month tomorrow. She had her one month check up on Monday. She is weighing in at 10.8 pounds 22 inches long. She is growing like a weed :) For the past two nights she has slept throughout the night as they say (five hours). So she fed at 10:00PM went down till 2:45AM I changed fed and put he back down till 6:00. I am keeping my fingers crossed this is not a fluke. It's funny even know she is sleeping I am not. I still wake up because that is the routine I have come accustom to. She is also starting to smile I tried to get some pictures of it but of course whenever I tried she would stop. She is still eating three ounces every feeding.
