Such A Big Girl

So excited Temperences school just text me letting me know that she said she had to go potty and had a BM on the toilet. They said everyone was cheering for her afterwards. Never thought I would get so excited over potty :)

Full Tummy

This morning on our way to school I asked Temperence if her tummy was full of french toast she lifted the blanket up and looked at her tummy and said yep. I laughed hysterically. Such a cutie pie!

Potty

Temperence is doing so good with the potty. She went this morning, at school once and twice when we got home. She is getting the hang of it. Now if I can just get her to tell me when she has to go. So proud!!!!

Sunday

Yesterday Temperence and I headed to our friend Tamaras house for breakfast. Since it was early we headed over in our pajamas. Temperence has not wanted to get out of them lately. She loved her house and always makes herself right at home. Once we got home I put her down and started all the house chores. I was very productive. I cleaned the house, washed and folded there loads of laundry, vacuumed, made Monday nights dinner (Stuffed shells) and packed Temp for school. Then I decided it was a nice night for a BBQ so we started up the grill and let Temperence run around and play in her sand box while we cooked some yummy chicken, green beans and noodles for dinner.

Potty

Temperence is really interested in the potty so we have started training again. Yesterday she went potty in the morning. Then we went grocery shopping came home to unload to my surprise her diaper was still dry so she went again in the potty before we left. Then we headed to Walmart came home she was still dry so she went potty again. So proud!!! This morning she went twice then we headed to my friends house and she went in her diaper and also had an accident before leaving but I reassured her that its okay they happen. Such a big girl!!

Cupcakes

Last weekend Temperence and I made cupcakes together.

Haircut

We finally decided to cut temps hair. I was trying to grow her bangs out but it was just not working. She would never keep the hair clips in so I took her in. She looks so adorable! After I treated her to our favorite place In N Out Burger.

1st Movie

Today I took Temperence to see her first movie in the theater. Disney has The Lion king in theaters for two weeks only. I thought this was the perfect movie to take her to. She did great!! I took Kim's advice and we played all around the lobby with video games etc. Then when the movie started we headed to concessions and sat down and only had to watch a few min of previews and the movie started. She tried to get of her chair after about an hour and I told her she needed to stay seated. Then at the end with the hyenes and lions fighting she was pretty scared so she sat the rest of the movie on my lap. We ate junk food and had a great time. She did yell out a few times but all the other kids were doing it as well. At one point she looks at me when there is music going and says come on mommy lets dance and she is dancing up a storm in her chair hahahaha.

Stopped by to grab my refill from the pharmacy and seen they had marked down some princess accessories. She is in love. She tried to sleep with them.

On labor Day we headed over to Emma Prusch Farm with daddy. We had a picnic on the grass.

Finally Found Temps Costume

After much searching to find a decent quality Halloween costume that does not cost an arm and a leg. I found it! She is in love with the movie Tangled so she is going to be Rapunzel. I know she will not keep anything in her hair so we did not buy the wig. I only bought the dress and tights. Now I need to find pascal everywhere I checked they want $20 just for a little chameleon?!?! I was searching for a little plastic black frying pan but its funny have not found it yet. So excited for her to see it.

Color Sorting

last night in between me sleeping on the couch Chris points out that Temperence is color sorting her blocks all by herself. She lined up all the blue ones in a row then all the yellow ones so on and so forth. Smart little girl! She always tells us that every color is green but obviously she knows there is a difference. She is obsessed with numbers as normal. She counts everything and does pretty good. She is still working on her letters. Alesha bought her an ABC puzzle for her birthday and she can get about half of them in their right spots.

Mommy Is Sick

I have caught what Temp had over the weekend. Although I caught it about ten time worse. Glad it was me and not her. I was up all night Monday vomiting, fever, chills. Needless to say I have been off of work for the past few days. Doing a lot better today can hold things down and am out of the bathroom but I have a massive headache, fever and am really sore. Little Temp wont leave my side. She checks my fever, covers me up and brings me juice. Such a sweet little girl. Chris stayed home with me yesterday well he came to take Temp and drop her off at school but she was not having it and I was in pretty bad shape. So my wonderful husband went to the store 5 times for various things and waiting on me hand and foot. I don't believe I have ever been that sick before. I slept most of the day.

Relaxing Weekend

We really did not do a whole lot this weekend. On Friday our fiend Josh came into town. We were sitting outside talking after we put Temperence to sleep. Every time we would come inside we would check on Temp well when Chris and I came inside we smelled vomit. So we went to investigate and sure enough she was laying in a bed of vomit :( Poor baby was fast asleep. She always does that she never gets out of bed she just vomits and goes back to sleep. I gave her a bath and Chris cleaned her room. The next day I tried to go to the mall to pick up a few things and Temperence was in a horrible mood so we went home put her PJ's back on and stayed home the rest of the day. Sunday she was feeling much better so we headed to Walmart to try to get the things we set out the day before toe get but did not end up getting. She kept asking for french fries so I told her if she was good then we could get some. Sure enough she did great so we splurged and enjoyed lunch together. She was such a big girl using her napkin, drinking water from a big girl cup and straw and she even threw her own trash away. A few quick pictures I took this weekend.

I Love You!

Temperence told me that she loved me for the first time on Monday. Such a sweet little girl! She has said it before when I asked her to say it but she said it after I told her that I loved her. Mommy's heart melted :)

New horse and Shoes

We were visiting Kim, Nathan and molly Thursday night and Kim let us borrow a toddler horsey toy that Molly does not use anymore. You hook it up to the TV and it interacts as she bounces on the horse. She loves it!! She was also given some princess shoes that she has not stopped wearing. so adorable. I know what we are getting her for Christmas dress up stuff :)

Great America

Our friend Kyle came to visit Friday night from San Francisco. He had free tickets to Great America so the next day Kyle, Temp and I headed on over. Unfortunately Chris had to work. Kyle went on the roller coasters and Temp and I played on the kiddie stuff. She had a blast. There was lots of stuff that we could do together. The park was empty since we went right when they opened. She liked the water part a little unsure but she enjoyed it. cant wait to take her back. We stayed two hours then headed home for nap. Temperence passed out before we even hit the freeway.
